I can’t help but notice a recurring theme in everything I talk about around New Year's Resolutions. Week after week, the message remains the same because it’s that important:
👉 Your “why,” your vision, and your values are the foundation of everything.

But here’s the thing: I’ve realized many of us set goals just to “fix” something. We think, “If I can fix this one thing, I’ll be happy.”

- Ask yourself, “Why do I want this? What’s underneath that why?”
- Think of your goals as stepping stones, not destinations.
🌀 Think About the Wellness Vortex
At the foundation of lasting wellness is clarity. It's not a basic habit—it’s a mastery habit. Asking yourself, “Isn’t it interesting?”—about your cravings, habits, and routines—is the first step.
At the top of the vortex is your emotional connection to your “why.” When you measure everything against your why, life becomes simpler. Not easier, but simpler.

Let’s be honest: doing it all yourself is exhausting, right? Finding a supportive community (or a coach) changes everything. Success rates soar when you’re surrounded by like-minded people who share your goals.
