In my current 8-week business training intensive, we are taking a deeper look at our own stories. We are digging into our experiences to find our true "why" and connect with our ideal clients on a deeper level. Yesterday, I spent 3 hours revisiting my own story, adding new details, and realizing new insights. Last year, I wrote "My Power Journal," and today, I'm adding more depth and development to my story.
Allow me to reintroduce myself to you:
In a distant memory, I see a five-year-old girl sitting in a dark corner. Her arms wrapped around her legs, her head hidden between her knees. She feels scared, unsure why. But she knows one thing: if she stays quiet and silent, no one will see her, and she'll be safe.
Twenty-five years later,
she finds herself in a different country. A young mother with two beautiful daughters, married and living in a beautiful house. Outwardly, everything seems perfect. Her life was good, and it looked good to the outside world. But inwardly, she felt sick, tired, and worn, still hugging her knees. Now, she sits at her favorite spot, overlooking a peaceful lake, questioning her silent life, questioning her worth.
A demanding job as a fitness trainer, waking up at 4 AM for countless sessions, and societal pressures to be a perfect wife and mother trapped her in a vicious cycle. While her life was good, she felt lost, living someone else's life. She often felt guilty for prioritizing her own well-being, sometimes hearing "selfish" from loved ones, which did not help her efforts to feel better. She had already tried some personal development things in the past and kinda knew that her childhood shyness had led her to this point, where she felt powerless and unable to tap into her true potential.
Despite her desire to break free, she felt trapped. This was her rock bottom moment. Then, one day, a whisper from her soul: "You are where you are, now take the boat in your direction." In that moment, she realized she had the power to own her life.
She embarked on a journey to discover and own her inner power,
prioritizing self-care and listening to her inner voice. One small step at a time, she healed her body and mind. She uncovered 20 non-negotiable health habits centered around three pillars of health: mindset, nutrition, and fitness. These habits, coupled with 10 life principles guiding a true mindset transformation, formed the foundation for her journey. The three phases of foundation, momentum, and mastery became the tools to solidify these changes and unlock her full potential.

I have been listening to my inner voice, every life-changing decision has been an act of self-love. By upgrading the non-negotiable health habits, I eventually upgraded my entire life. Because every life-changing decision, I took from the foundation of self-love habits.
Today,
I am a top 15 coach in Dallas, ran the top 5 in "Health and Fitness Magazine". I have deepened my relationships with children, and so clearly on the path to personal and financial freedom.
Health isn't just important; it's foundational.
Self-care isn't selfish; it's essential. It may seem overwhelming but remember: one small step at a time.
