My Power Journal Accountability Discussions - September - December 2024

Here's how to make the most of our accountability discussions:

1) Identify Your Focus and Goal: Choose a key area of your life and one main goal you want to strive for.

Examples:

Health: Exercise more, drink more water, lower cholesterol, etc.

Financial Independence: Gain knowledge on financial strategies.

Life Transitions: Find new meaning in a new phase of life.

Divorce: Experience greater peace.

Your goal can be specific (e.g., drink 8 oz of water daily) or vague (e.g., feel more at peace). We will focus on identifying the most important area you'll work on for the next 90 days, along with a starting point to move the needle forward. Specifics can be developed in the first 1-2 weeks of using the journal.

2) "My Power Journal" will help you stay focused on this one area while also guiding you in prioritizing self-care.

 

Program Details:

Duration: 12 weeks. Starting September 6th, Fridays. 12:30 - 1 PM CST.

All calls are recorded and available in a private portal.

Must have "My Power Journal"

 

Investment: $150 one-time fee

Q: I'm on a tight budget. Why do I have to pay for the accountability calls?

A: We understand that budgets can be tight, especially around the holidays. However, the investment in this program is minimal compared to the potential benefits. For just $150 for 12 weeks, you'll receive personalized coaching, support from a community, and the tools to transform your life. This is a fraction of the cost of one-on-one coaching sessions.

 

Q: Do I need to purchase a new "My Power Journal" for the program?

A: While it's not mandatory to buy a new one, we recommend starting with a fresh journal to symbolize a new beginning. You can purchase "My Power Journal" here.

 

Q: Where do we meet?

A: We meet in a private portal (that can be found when you log into www.coachingbynadya.com) for the convenience of everyone involved.

 

Q: When do we meet and for how long?

A: Our group calls are held every Friday from 12:30 to 1:00 PM Central Time, except for holidays. The program typically lasts for 12 weeks.

 

Q: If I can't come to the class, can I play the recordings? 

A: Absolutely! You can access private recordings of the sessions within your private member portal.

 

Q: It's not the right time for me right now. Can I do it later?

A: While we can't guarantee the exact same program or pricing in the future, we encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity now. This is a great way to invest in yourself and make a lasting change before the holidays.
